正趕上疫情後開門第三天去沒什麼人超級愜意。窯洞房隔音真的很差 人多的時候慎選。其他全部十星好評。服務無敵好！湯和汗蒸房都很不錯！至少🈶️十幾二十中湯 天再冷點兒冒着煙兒就有私湯的感覺了～ 室內還有小朋友玩的滑梯什麼的～ 值得一提的是餐廳的飯真的超好吃！味道和食材都不錯！頓頓都在餐廳吃就好～ 服務無敵好～ 千萬別去山下的農家樂難吃又貴😭 總體好評 ～ 環境也很好 ～ 還有采摘園看向日葵🌻蘋果樹 小朋友們應該很喜歡 附近有黃崖洞景區內開四方山景區也可以～

酒店較差，前台小姐態度很差！
6月30日早餐前，給銷售部經理小石打電話，他給的名片，説有事找他，想略晚點退房，他説看房情再説。吃完早餐到前台，請求遲些退房，小姐一句話二個字：不行！態度及其傲慢，極少受這樣的無禮對待。
酒店房間像是沒文化的土包子開的，乾濕分不離，用半塊玻璃半塊簾子擋水，盥洗用品都極其低檔的，餐廳的紙像擦屁股的紙。電視沒信號，重要的新聞不能看，説下雨弄壞了，看不了。被子放在櫃子裏，潮濕不潮濕，乾淨不乾淨？桌上放瓶假花。對面樓上看房內一覽無餘。幾次，電梯門關得慢得像要卡了。立刻退房走人。300元按金遲遲等查完房才退，還好不是3000千。我們上當，希望別人不要上當！

選了精選大床房，樓下就是温泉入口，湯池比較全，鹽浴、汗蒸、魚療都有，晚上到11點，白天不用與非住宿浴客爭池，八點以後入園，泡個舒服😌。停車場很大，隨時有位。不知什麼原因，酒店在攜程網上將地點標註在黃崖洞以北不遠處，這是有誤的！以高德查到的為準。

這是我們老兩口此次出行中意外的收穫，衹是想找一個可以泡温泉的地方休息一下……沒想到的是這麼偏僻的地方居然有這麼好的温泉酒店，可選擇的温泉品種很多，酒店管理非常規範，服務熱情暖心，酒店外部環境優美，山形獨特優美，有機會還會來這裏，也真心推薦給出遊的朋友們

一直期待着的窯洞酒店終於住上了，房間乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，地暖也十分的暖和，周邊環境也不錯，還可以泡温泉，餐廳吃飯也比較方便，停車方便，服務人員十分熱情周到，今後有機會一定會繼續光顧。

位置在山裡，環境美，設施較老了，衞生還行，主要是要泡個温泉，温泉有各式樣的葯浴，停車方便，還有充電樁，早餐一般般。
